I have been dying to paint a piece green for ages now. I finally found exactly the color I was looking for. This is a Martha Stewart color mixed in Behr Ultra Premium Plus. I am naming this handsome dresser Mr. Peabody. It fits, don't ya think?

I sanded, painted, distressed and finished with Rustoleum Matte spray. The spray leaves a light residue which makes it not good for darker pieces. I probably should have used my Wipe on Poly for Mr. Peabody. It actually looks much more obvious in the pic than in person.

Mr. Peabody is a cutie! Personally, I would have preferred dark knobs, but these are very cute and playful too! The drawers are very lovely and happy as well :)
