Turquoise Table

It is amazing how many different looks you can get with turquoise paint. I LOVE the color turquoise! Originally I was going to do this table in a neutral creamy distressed. But since I had the paint out already for another project  I just couldn't resist! This color is Ben Moore Bahaman Sea Blue. I used it on these gorgeous pieces for a client a while back~

See what I mean? It doesn't even look like the same color!
The difference is that todays table was heavily distressed and glazed. The glaze can really change your color! Here is the before picture of the table~
I sanded her down, primed and painted the base. The top was finished with Minwax Dark Walnut. I really like the look of the natural top against the turquoise! The whole piece was finished with polyurethane.
